What is EventCanvas?

The #EventCanvas is a strategic management template for developing new or documenting existing events and conference models. It provides answers to questions about ROI of events, the return, elevates the conversation about events and enables teams to collaboratively design events. Applying the #EventCanvas provides clarity is different layers/roles of your organisation. Those who direct, manage and coordinate have a common language to have a conversation on what's important from their perspective and how to secure their responsibilities.

 

Who should participate?

This workshop is for change-makers who want a hands-on approach to understanding, designing and delivering events that matter by using the event model canvas, which is a strategic management template for developing new or documenting existing events and conference models.

 

Programme:

Level 1 = #EventCanvas Basic skill set and awareness - Stakeholder awareness, analysis and behaviour mapping (Empathy Maps) and basic application of the #EventCanvas to articulate how the event can change behaviour of the stakeholders. Basic skills include ability to interpret and create an Event Canvas Boundary box and discuss stakeholder needs. 

 

Training #EventCanvas:

- offers insight in how events create value 

- trains eventprofessionals how to design events

- facilitates the strategic discussion about events

 

Certificate

After the workshop you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.

The workshop content will be presented to you and faclitated by Ruud Janssen and Roel Frissen, co-founders of Event Model Generation.

Cost
