Online registration

Registration for the Annual Utrecht Spine Course is only possible via our online registration system. By using this registration system you agree with our cancellation policy below.The online registration system will remain open until 10 April 2019, 17.00 hrs. After this date registrations can only be made on-site at the course venue.

Payment

After you have finished your registration you will be directed to a secure page to pay online through credit card or iDEAL. You will receive automatically a confirmation and an invoice by email.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of your registration is only possible in writing to USC@congreslink.nl

In case you cancel your registration before 10 January 2019 € 50 (incl. VAT) will be withheld, between 10 January and 10 March 50% refund is applicable and after this date there is no refund.
