Online registration

Registration for the CLBP symposium is only possible via our online registration system. By using this registration system you agree with our cancellation policy below.The online registration system will remain open until 19 April 2017, 17.00 hrs. After this date registrations can only be made on-site at the symposium venue.

Payment

After you have finished your registration you will be directed to a secure page to pay online through credit card or iDEAL. You will receive automatically a confirmation and an invoice by email.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of your registration is only possible in writing to CLBP@congreslink.nl

In case you cancel your registration before 1 May 2017 € 50 (incl. VAT) will be willheld, between 1 May and 1 April 50% refund is applicable and after 1 April there is no refund.
