1. Who organize the event?

 

This wonderful event is orchestrated by Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania and we are treated as data controller from GDPR point of view. You may want to read our Privacy policy on how we handle data protection matters which can be found here.

 

 

2. How do we use the information you provide when you register for the event?

 

For this event we cooperate with the following partners:

By registering to the event, you agree to the processing of the personal data you submit as part of registration for the following purposes:

 

• We will share information with our partners of the event as reasonably necessary for the management and organization of the event.
• We and/or our partners will communicate with you regarding the event.

 

 

3. To whom do we disclose the information you provide when you register for the event?

 

By registering for the event, you agree that we may disclose the personal data you submit as part of registration to third-party service providers assisting us with the event, subject to contractually agreed conditions of confidentiality and security. 

 

 

4. Audio and Visual Recording

 

Photographs and/or visual footage will be taken during the event. Photos and videos can be published on our and our partners‘ websites, social media pages, online platforms. Photos and videos may also be recorded and can be reproduced in various media including our and our partners publications, social networks, and press, in connection with the event or promotional activities of our and our partners. By attending the event, you agree you may appear in published photos and/or videos as stated above.
