Lithuanian-Swedish Business Forum "Smart Manufacturing" 11/14-17 2022 Jönköping

With all the geopolitical and economic uncertainty, it is a good idea to step up the cooperation with the vivid
Jönköping region and spread the word about Lithuanian market wider.
We expect a delegation of at least 20 companies, wishing to establish long-lasting partnerships in Jönköping
and beyond.

Location of the stands in B hall, marked “Lithuanian Forum”:

All parts of the program, the contacts and the online workshops/seminars are included in the participant fee,
but travel expenses are separate from it.

Lithuanian capital companies from the engineering industry that have up till 250 employees are eligible for
EU support. 70 percent of their travel expenditure can be covered from the EU funds, calculating 70 percent
from a ceiling of 842 EUR for the trip. 70 percent of you participant fee would also be covered. The participant fee will be finalized depending on the number of companies participating and might vary from 1770 till 1200,- 530 or 360 EUR of own
company money (after 70 percent is covered by EU funds).
One person per company is eligible for such support.

Participation fee for companies from other industries or that otherwise do not meet the EU requirements is
1100 EUR; 800 EUR for Swedish Chamber of Commerce members.

Possible travel itinerary should be attached to the same email as this program. LINPRA will administrate the companies that are eligible for the EU support, deadline for registration and providing the necessary documentation (SVV and De minimis declarations): October 17. The companies that do not meet the requirements for the EU support will be administrated by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, deadline for registration: October 31.
