The Event Design Collective Netherlands organises a virtual roadshow on Thursday 9 July from 13.00 - 14.30 hours for (inter)national associations based in the Netherlands. We offer you (or your designated colleague) this free of charge workshop so you may experience the process and you can articulate the value for your organisation. 

 

 

What is the #EventCanvas?

The EventCanvas is a strategic management template to design new event concepts or document existing events.

- It provides insights in (potential) ROI and enables easier conversations about events on a more strategic level.

- I enables you to design valuable events in collaboration with your stakeholders.

- Working with #EventCanvas provides clarity in various levels of your organisation. Those who strategize, those who are responsible on a tactical level and those that execute the events. All can discuss events about what is important from their perspectives and how they foresee to safeguard their (strategical) goals  through the universal visual language that is called the Event Canvas.

Who can register?

This workshop is for "game changers" that are looking for a practial and effective method to strategize their events and conferences. To enable us to tune the content as well as possible, this invitation is only for board members and potential conference managers that fulfill a strategical postition.

- Insight in the way conferences and events create value as a stratigical tool within your organisation.

- Insight in the process of the Event Canvas management methodology  on the basis of awardwinning best practices

- the experience that online event design is possible both for impactful live on-site and live online events.

This workshop will be facilitated by Marga Groot Zwaaftink CED and Ingrid Rip, CED. They are the Event Design Collective Netherlands,  part of an worldwide collective of passionate and experienced certified event designers.
